Not at all. You set up your brand once. After that, a campaign is just a scene you pick (or describe in a sentence) and a few size picks. There's no prompt writing and no model picking anywhere. The technical decisions happen under the hood.

A few clear photos of your product is enough. Paste a link to your product page and Artwurk fills in your brand profile for you, or add your photos, logo and colors by hand. You can edit everything before you save it.

Yes. Every new account gets 100 free credits once you verify your email, so you can make a real batch before you pick a plan.

The product photos you upload become the references every shot is built from, so the real thing keeps its colors, logo, and shape. Your brand colors go on the background and styling only, never painted onto the product itself. If one shot still misses, you redo just that one, not the whole batch.

Products with a clear shape and bold design come out best: clothing, outerwear, bags, eyewear, shoes and bottles with distinctive packaging. Very fine print on small labels and see-through packaging are harder, so check those shots closely and redo any that miss. See examples by product type.

Yes. Pick a person for the batch and they wear, carry or hold your product in every shot, and stay the same person across the whole set. You can upload a person of your own (only someone who has agreed to it) or leave the person out for product-only shots.

Yes. Ask for a change in plain words on any photo, such as a different background color or a closer crop, and Artwurk edits that photo. Each change starts again from the original, so small fixes never pile up into drift.

Square (1:1) for feed posts and listings, vertical (9:16) for Stories, Reels and TikTok, and wide (16:9) for banners, YouTube and site headers. One batch can include all three, and they all come from the same scene.

Most batches finish in a few minutes. Photos come in first, then each video follows, built from its matching photo so it looks like the same shoot.

Yes. Each video is a short clip that starts from one of the batch's photos, so the product, the person and the scene match the stills. You can also turn any finished photo into a video later.

Plans start at $20 a month: Creator $20 a month (300 credits), Pro $50 a month (1,000 credits) and Studio $100 a month (2,000 credits). Yearly plans cost half as much. Every plan has every feature; only the number of credits changes. See pricing.

Every photo and video costs credits, and a video costs more than a photo. The Studio shows the exact cost of a batch before you generate, so you never spend credits you did not expect to.

You get the credits back automatically. A shot that fails to render is refunded to your balance; you never pay for something you did not receive.

Yes. You manage or cancel your subscription yourself from your account page, through our payment provider Stripe.

Yes! Every photo and video created with Artwurk.ai comes with full commercial rights. Use them in paid ads, social media, your store, or any business purpose.

Only you. Your brand profiles, uploads and results are private to your account, and your results are kept until you delete them or close your account. Read the terms and privacy policy.
