• Batch Photo & Video Generation: Turn a brand profile and a scene into a matching set of on-brand product photos and videos, across multiple formats and sizes.
• AI Image Generation & Editing: Generate, edit, and combine images using AI models — including compositing your real product into generated scenes.
• AI Video Generation: Create video content using AI-powered generation tools and models, including videos derived from generated photos.
• Personalized Model Training: Train personalized AI models using your uploaded images to generate custom content, where offered.

We continuously develop and add new AI tools and features to enhance your content creation capabilities.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Accounts

5.3. Generated Content

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the original User Content you upload. The AI-generated images, videos, and other media ("Generated Content") created through our Service are subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
• License to Use Generated Content: Subject to your subscription plan, you are granted a license to use the Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your plan tier.
• AI Model Outputs: Generated Content is created using third-party AI models and our proprietary systems. Results may vary and are provided "as is."

6. Subscription Plans and Credits

• Credit System: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Different AI tools and features consume varying amounts of credits.
