5.3. Generated Content

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of the original User Content you upload. The AI-generated images, videos, and other media ("Generated Content") created through our Service are subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
  • License to Use Generated Content: Subject to your subscription plan, you are granted a license to use the Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes as permitted by your plan tier.
  • AI Model Outputs: Generated Content is created using third-party AI models and our proprietary systems. Results may vary and are provided "as is."

6. Subscription Plans and Credits
